My name is Shelby Stephenson and I am the 23 year old owner of Circle S Boutique & Design. This opportunity is God-given and so special to me. This has been a dream to carry western fashion and accessories into the southern state of Georgia by online orders and our new storefront. My roots and my passion have created me this lil' business, & I couldn't be here without your help!
